At CONLAN. we believe strongly in a strong customer service morale. Therefore, if your not happy with the purchase of your product we will be happy to exchange your item if returned to us within 14 days of delivery. If your item is damaged you must contact us within 7 days. All refunds and returns require a proof of purchase. 

Items being returned must not have been opened. Anything in a non-saleable condition will not be replaced or refunded.
