Conlan Returns Policy

At Conlan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

   - Items must be unused, and the original packaging must be intact.  
   - We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or where the packaging has been damaged or ripped.  
   - Sale items and promotional offers are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
